Refund policy

If you aren't happy we aren't happy either!!!

Due to our changing inventory, we aren't always able to exchange sizes but we are happy to process returns for you!

To start a return for online orders, please follow the steps below:

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, send us an email us at shop@fiorellasboutique.com
  • Returns are eligible for store credit to Fiorella’s Boutique or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Include the word RETURN on the subject line. Please let us know the reason for the return, order number, and the name on the order.  All returns must be unworn, unused, and in new condition. Let us know if you prefer store credit (never expires) or a refund to your original payment method.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend getting tracking so you are able to confirm we have received the return.
  • Once we have inspected the returned item(s) we will issue the purchase amount to a Fiorella’s Boutique digital gift card or refund your original payment method. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All sales are final on accessories, hats, jewelry, and sale items.

To start a return for in store orders, please follow the steps below:

  • Within 14 calendar days of your in store purchase, please bring the item(s) unworn, unused and in new condition.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit to Fiorella’s Boutique or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Once we have inspected the returned item(s) we will issue the purchase amount to a Fiorella’s Boutique digital gift card or a refund to your original payment method.
  • All sales are final on accessories, hats, jewelry, and sale items.

Damaged and/or incorrect items

  • We inspect each piece for damages and triple check every order to ensure accuracy, but if we miss the mark please contact us as soon as you receive your order (within 3 business days) so we can make things right.
  • Send us an email us at shop@fiorellasboutique.com and include ORDER ISSUE on the subject line so we can take care of right away. Please describe the issue, pictures are super helpful!
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label only if the return is a result of our error (damaged item, wrong item, wrong size)
